What We Offer

Ms. Cynthia Guevara formed Heaven’s Touch Inc. in 1986 out of her home in Green Bay, WI. Cynthia felt the pressing need to touch the lives of women who were in despair, reaching out to them with God’s love and hope. She saw that oftentimes, in the midst of crisis, these women were losing perspective and the ability to make good choices. Young mothers or pregnant women were often staying in unhealthy situations out of sheer desperation.

Cynthia felt called to step into the gap and offer assistance as needed, proving that love really does conquer all. In the past 34 plus years, Heaven’s Touch has provided help and hope to dozens of young women and children trapped in difficult circumstances, providing resources, direction, hope, and love. We are currently raising funds to purchase a building that will allow us to provide services for the women and children in one location.

Our Services

The mission of Heaven's Touch is to Restore, Rebuild, and Redirect the lives of pregnant/parenting women and their children along with human trafficked individuals, who seek change due to trials and trauma. We offer assistance, hope, and love; to become self sufficient, successful, live life productively, and become an asset to the community. In accomplishing this goal, we try to meet four primary needs:

• Housing
• Parenting
• Education
• Employment

We assist single pregnant and single parenting women with children along with human trafficked individuals by finding them a place to live, assisting them by paying a portion of their rent, or security deposit. We provide household items, furniture, clothing, food, hygiene products, gas cards, and back to school supplies. We assist with transportation to and from appointments, shopping, and helping women move from one location to another. We assist with financial planning and budgeting, cooking, health and hygiene, We assist these women with obtaining employment. We make referrals to obtain their GED/HSED.

Counseling is available and someone is always there just to listen to the cares and concerns of these hurting women. We offer these women the hope to become successful, build productive lives and become assets to the greater community.
