What We Offer

Ms. Cynthia Guevara formed Heaven’s Touch Ministries in 1986 out of her home in Green Bay, WI. Cynthia felt the pressing need to touch the lives of women who were in despair, reaching out to them with God’s love and hope. She saw that oftentimes, in the midst of crisis, these women were losing perspective and the ability to make good choices. Young mothers or pregnant women were often staying in unhealthy situations out of sheer desperation.

Cynthia felt called to step into the gap and offer assistance as needed, proving that love really does conquer all. In the past 23 plus years, Heaven’s Touch has provided help and hope to dozens of young women and children trapped in difficult circumstances, providing resources, direction, hope, and love. The ministry is current raising funds to build or purchase a facility that will allow it to provide housing for the women and children that it serves.
